Welcome to the  Institute Of Family Synergy.   We are focused on assisting clients in a journey of self-evaluation and introspection.   We specialize in marital and premarital counseling, as well as individual and family modalities.  We offer an alternative to classic premarital therapy or counseling.  Our premarital seminar is solution focused,  empowering, goal oriented, brief, and more cost effective for clients. 

Our philosophy is relatively simple:  The more we understand our needs, wants, and personal challenges, the more healthy mentally and emotionally we can be.   The more we understand the same in our spouse, family, and friends,  the closer our emotional connections will be.   Self-awareness of your needs and personal perspectives, as well as those of the people in your life is key.
